QUESTCOM, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education Nigeria and the World Bank, launched the CYBER3030 initiative — a large-scale national program aimed at equipping Nigerian youths with globally relevant cybersecurity skills.

Miel Contractors played a strategic leadership role in the execution of the CYBER3030 initiative, represented by Dr. Prince Michael Okparaeze as Lead Facilitator. Key responsibilities included:

Leading the delivery of cybersecurity training programs aligned with international standards
Screening, vetting, and managing instructors to ensure high-quality training delivery
Overseeing program execution to maintain consistency, accountability, and performance standards
Supporting curriculum alignment with globally recognized certifications, including ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)

The program was structured to deliver scalable, high-impact cybersecurity education, including:

Standardized training frameworks aligned with global cybersecurity certification pathways
Instructor quality assurance and performance management systems
End-to-end program oversight ensuring effective delivery across multiple cohorts
